1.    8:30 – 11:30 - Teachers will be trained to use SMART features to enhance math instruction and engage students.

                                                                          i.      ways to use the tool kit to teach Saxon math using interactive/hands-on experiences:

-          Tools

 

                                                                        ii.      What’s a wiki?

-          Working with colleagues to upload/share lessons using MSD’s wiki page.

2.    11:30 – 12:30 – Lunch on your own

 

3.    12:30 – 3:30 - The instructor will offer hands-on experiences and be available for questions. Teachers will work to design their own lessons focusing on specific Saxon Math lessons and frameworks.
